Not at all. Many of my clients have physical limitations, and even stay seated and simply tell me their decisions while I do the physical work. Any assistance you give is appreciated, but not required.

Usually, yes—you’ll need to be available during our appointment. I create organizing systems that truly fit you—your habits, preferences, and goals for your space.

Your physical help isn’t required, but your input and decisions are essential. We never discard items or set aside donations without your approval. Without your feedback, progress is limited.

No. Our services are simply decluttering and organizing. We carry out any trash to your trash container. We are not a cleaning/maid service, nor do we perform odd jobs.

That's exactly why I'm here! You don't need to have a plan. I will break the project into manageable steps and guide you through the process one step at a time. We start with simple decisions, not difficult ones.

That’s common. I’ve been helping people who struggle with anxiety, ADHD, grief and trauma for over 20 years. You’ll always be treated with respect and compassion. That heavy feeling is usually replaced with empowerment and excitement. You will always be in control of what stays or goes.

Any trash or recycling will be taken to your outdoor bins. I offer to drop off one SUV load of donations at Goodwill, or I can load donations into your vehicle if you prefer. If I deliver your donations, I can provide a Goodwill receipt upon request.

I’ve helped clients throughout the Missouri/Illinois area. For locations over 17 miles from us, a modest travel fee applies. Contact me with your city and state for an exact quote.

Yes! I will unpack your moving boxes and organize your new home.

You'll have help from an expert with over 20 years' experience creating maintainable organizing systems that are customized to the way you think and live. You'll also gain decluttering and organizing skills you can keep using in the future.

Decision-making is easier with support. An objective expert can be more helpful than a relative or friend who has strong opinions about what you should do. I know how to prevent that overwhelmed feeling.

If you struggle with ADHD, research "body-doubling." It's a proven technique I use that helps us get things done.

On a personal note, I tried for years to lose weight. We all know what we "should" do to lose weight, but I didn't lose weight until I met with a nutrition coach. I'm a decluttering coach who always gets results.
